Welcome to another ParentPay parent support video. This video will demonstrate how to setup alerts and send messages. Were in the mobile device view Were in the mobile device view On the parent account homepage. Click the Communication Icon. To bring us to Communication history. Click Change alert settings. Scroll right, to view the children linked to the payment items. The threshold column shows £5.00 which can be altered. If email, text or both are selected and the balance reaches £5.00 you'll receive an email, text or both. you'll receive an email, text or both. Texts cost 6 pence to receive them. Email alerts are free of charge. You can receive alerts You can receive alerts You can receive alerts for new payment items, for cash and cheque payments, for PayPoint payments, and for general messages. You only get the option for text alerts After selecting your options, click Save. To clear your choices Click reset changes. Under Text message balance the balance is zero. Click the highlighted text to add credit. Please see the text message balance information. Click Add credit now. Enter your amount. Click Pay by Parent Account. Or Add to basket.
